Chainlink itself, if seen worldwide adaption, is a bad thing. More automation, less jobs for normal people and just another step towards total "big brother" type of technology where all of your info from petty shoplifting to your consumer preferences will be transferred to some decentralized oracle only to inform some 3rd parties to suck your blood and bleed on the altar of consumerism.
