mfw retards misunderstand the concept of the longest chain of a generally accepted fork, conflating the technical term used in the whitepaper with their asinine literal interpretation of "longest chain" and applying that to random hard forks

Jesus christ stop being fucking retarded. IT DOES NOT WORK LIKE THAT. Due to an EDA malfunction BCH is 100k blocks ahead of BTC, it's still not the chain with the most accumulated sha256d difficulty.
Learn to difficulty
Learn to DAA.
Shut the fuck up and stop sperging out.
BSV and BCH are permanently split and a rollback will not happen, get over it.

Can you explain, what happens, once they get more PoW? Do people suddenly flock to BSV?

I thought re-org is impossible, because of checkpoints on ABC, so what is the endgame for SV?

>BSV and BCH are permanently split

Protip/Newsflash: BCH = SV.

This "ABC" nonsense is what split from BCH.

And the same people who supported BTC over BCH in the first place, and shilled hate and disinfo against BCH -- they are now are giving support for ABC and are shilling disinfo and hate towards SV.

80% of the BCH miners stayed loyal and continued mining BCH/SV -- only 20% at most switched side to ABC.

Im sorry to inform you anon but no one actually cares about any of the new real fake bitcoins...it's just fin to watch, kinda like watching a cripple fight...

For example: the paid shills parroting BCASH BCASH over and over again and calling Roger a psycho/lunatic, they are now parroting BSV BSV BSV -- and suddenly they're supporting Rogers side, and are instead calling Craig the same things they called Roger.

And the exchanges who have involvement with Digital Currency Group (DGC supported Blockstream with tons of money, Blockstream being a company created for the sole purpose of sabotaging Bitcoin) -- those exchanges are now friendly to "ABC" and hostile to BCH (Satoshi's vision).

Couldn't be more obvious what's going on.

>> No.11801491

>>11801324

Due to Blockstream BTC is mining blocks every 9 minutes instead of every 10, meaning by the next halving BTC, BSV and BCH will be nearly the same block height.

short history of the paid anti Bitcoin shills:

First they attacked Bitcoin for years, as early as when only BTC existed. They were paid to go write shit about it... THEN after Blockstream was created and crippled BTC, those shills suddenly became pro BTC, especially when BCH came out -- then they went into the same old full anti-Bitcoin attack mode; only now directed against BCH, while massively supporting BTC. Then here we are - now they spend all their energy on attacking SV with the exact same mannerisms/behavior as when they attacked BCH -- and they're pro ABC.

>> No.11801568

>>11801549
And why do they follow that pattern? Why do they behave in the same way, still? Because it's all about stopping/sabotaging/crippling/fudding Bitcoin itself. Their employers have always hated it and want it to not even exist.

kinda weird too that BCH is the actual bitcoin blockchain scientifically and BTC as we know it is indeed the fork

and since ABC is again trying to change it, SV quite literally is carrying on in the true original vision. whether this means anything good for the market we shall see

>and since ABC is again trying to change it, SV quite literally is carrying on in the true original vision. whether this means anything good for the market we shall see
ABC's changes are primarily two fold:
>DSV OP Code
>Canonical Ordering of Tx's
Neither of these go against the whitepaper.

>> No.11801698

>>11801653
There is nothing intrinsically wrong with changes. They should be conducted very carefully and sparsely, and in a perfect world the protocol should be ossified permanently and changed only under emergency circumstances.
Everyone, on all sides of the BCH discussion agrees on those things, SV added hard forking changes, the BCH of November 14 simply no longer exists and is not being mined anymore, period.
So then the question becomes which changes are good vs which changes are bad.
It is extremely easy to argue that segwit and a permanent 1mb block limit are bad. It directly contradicts the goals of the original Bitcoin project.
It is almost impossible to argue that CTOR is bad. It directly advances the goals of the original Bitcoin project.
It is more debatable whether DSV is bad. The purpose of this change is orthogonal to the original Bitcoin project, but it got through the ABC governance process, and SV never actually opposed it on reasonable grounds.
In both cases, SV's response to CTOR and DSV wasn't "this is bad because x" in a way that actually had merit, it was "only what we say matters in this space, and we say it's not going to happen". Reality conclusively BTFO'd that perspective and that's all there is to it. It happened and there's no going back.
