Who here didn't cash out in December-January?

How do you deal with the immense suffering?

I had a life-changing amount of money for a brief time and I simply sat on it telling myself I was "disciplined".

same here there was plenty of time to sell i was constantly arguing with myself that it is not worth the risk to send it to exchange where you have literally zero legal protection

The worst bit is there was a period of approx. six months (Nov 17 - May 18) in which we could have sold and profited. The only thing stopping me doing so were all the meme line dickheads saying there'd be an unprecedented bullrun any day now. They're still doing it.

I feel the same way except that I'd still be up 500% if I cashed out today.

Cashed out in late november 17. Feels good man. Are you guys brainlets? Did you not see the sudden exponential growth in price? Obviously unsustainable.

Get fucked and thanks for the monies

It's too bad you didn't cash out, but you aren't too bad if you bought before then and are still holding. You will see more gains in the years to come.

My ath was 909k. Now I have around 130k. It sucks but its still a lot of money.
I see it as a lesson, as I just started in Nov 2017, so I didn't know shit. Next run I will be prepared and lose less gains, I hope.

I was unsettled for awhile. Now it's as though it never happened.

I've moved on and learned to be a less greedy, more disciplined animal and thankfully bought in long enough before December that the lesson didn't leave me actually in the red.

This. My ATH was 240k, currently at 38k. I don't feel all that bad anymore desu. I'm not selling as I still believe in Bitcoin and Ethereum long term, but I've accepted that I might lose even more money. When I got into crypto I knew it was a VERY risky investment. If someone had told me BTC would moon to 20k and then crash back down to 6k 2 years ago I wouldn't have been all that surprised.

Pro tip: stop caring about what could have been. It will only make you make bad investment/trading decisions.

The only thing keeping me going is the belief that we will hit those levels again it’s just going to take some time.

That's what I figured. My only hope now is that one of these shitcoin projects actually manages to deliver a working product before the SEC gets to them.

That's almost literally my stats. What shitcoin you in anon? My biggest holding was REQt.
