Firstly you don't need to be a lawyer to understand a basic concept, only a brainlet would fall for this FUD.

Data providers are in the business of selling data. They are interested in selling this data through their own networks or via 3rd parties. The vast majority of data providers will have agreements which cover the resale of data.
They will only have an issue if you are caching their data or trying to dick around and avoid paying them fairly. If you're passing the data on a 1:1 basis (or similar rate) and their terms of service allows for that you have no issue.
