The game is rigged in favor of bears who sold earlier in the year and are in fiat/stablecoins. They have lots of cash reserves, while bulls who kept calling the bottom are overcommitted, have much less free cash reserves, are dealing with very heavy losses, and may even be forced to liquidate all their assets to pay capital gains taxes.
The bears don't even need to do anything to crash the market. They can just wait until it breaks down under its own weight like it did today, then pick up cheap coins from people who were forced to liquidate them in order to pay taxes. The Bakkt and Fidelity announcements did nothing to the market, showing the complete lack of strength from the bulls.
