Every voter id card will have a qr code to sign your vote with your private key. The voting machines will be LINK nodes that run sgx, so crom the point you scan your card, to when the vote is written to the blockchain, your transaction/vote will be done in the secure enclave.

When you have finished, you get a printout of your transactionid that you can walk to a verifying machine to confirm against your card (key). You can also check on the public chain when you go home.

No counting, so costs go down, results known in real time. One vote per person guaranteed.
