I live in New York and got locked out my my polo account because they don't offer services there. I can't transfer my shitcoins out because I can't KYC, it just bounces me.

If I give a friend out of state my polo account, they KYC up, and then send me my shitcoins, are there any legal risks to my friend or I?

I wasn't paying any attention to polo or that email account for months, decide to check on my shitcoin cache there, and find out I've been locked out and can't do anything to KYC up.

How much did you lose OP? Depending on your amount, you could unironically move to another state.

Hell, if you're a NEET you could probably just travel by car one state over, rent a extended stay where you can receive mail, meet the residency requirements, and then KYC/withdraw using your new ID before moving back.
