same, but the trick is to keep throwing more and more money at it. my december and january buys are way down. but what I bought in may is down less. what I bought in july is down less than that. and what I bought in october is down less still. this way, the amount that I'm down decreases as I throw more money at it. now I'm not even down 50%. a few more months throwing even more money at it, and I'll be down a mere 30%.

the market keeps dumping so you have to spend more money each time, but imo it's worth it to raise the relative value of your portfolio over fiat investment.
