Just a thought for all to mull over. There were rumors about Link and Coinbase taking place soon. The info primarily used to refute it was you have to be "operational" to be listed on Coinbase. As of yesterday Link has an operational system aka Town Crier. My thoughts, Link gets added to Coinbase and when price goes up some of those additional 650m not in circulation are released to help build out the node network. Makes it easy for newbies to buy in while also keeping the price reasonable for them to build a stack. End of day fellas, we are gonna make money but we are not gonna make HUGE money until that network is up and running and adoption begins on main net. I would add, once that happens the price has to increase significantly so nodes have a real stake in the game as penalties. It is beautiful, this team, whoever it actually consists of, knows exactly wtf they are doing. Hodl and get rich.

Companies pay in fiat not Link. Link node operators are "rewarded" in Link. Those node holders then retain their reward to increase their "reputation", or sell them on an exchange for Fiat. I would think using a direct platform like Coinbase would simplify the process and would be less expensive as it would eliminate need to transfer Link to Eth then sell Eth for Fiat. Direct to Coinbase would eliminate a portion of that process.
