Are commercial real estate developers really going to buy these tokens? When is the marketcap going to rise to reflect the 9 figure deals? I’m thinking about buying, but not until I figure out why the price is so low.

Well I guess my question is why haven't the partners like Woodfine started to pump up the price so that people who are working with a smaller amount of capital will be able to actually use the platform for investing and get nice returns

There's a big opportunity available right now to any investor with a large amount of money who wants to drive this and act as the platforms liquidity provider during the early adoptions stage.
Obviously the platform is no where near mature enough to handle large sums, but if someone wanted too, they could start buying RLX and and continue to work on pushing the MC up at a sustainable pace.
So then at some point they (or others) will start locking in investments on the platform. At this time, developer funds will need to be liquidated, and having a long term interest in the success of the project (having amassed a super fat stack for cheap), our liquidity provider will want to hold RLX stable...continuing to buy up RLX sells.
Once we start to see projects being funded successfully, I think a lot of new money will be attracted to the platform.

Because that is unethical and borderline illegal. But, woodfine did set aside 150million in needed funding to only come from Relex. So after their investment capital needed is fulfilled, they will direct all potential investors to go through Relex.
