Yes. 525-530 is arbitrary though. It could already be in at 519 or go closer to 540 and still qualify as inverse head and shoulders.

It’s a pretty bullish pattern but it might hang out in the mid to high 400s for a day or two before it starts a new run- assuming it behaves the way inverse head and shoulders patterns normally do

Kind of early to put a number on the top of the next run but maybe 700-800 the way it looks now
