yep, working nights for 3 years
switching to daytime for some activities is a harsh swing like having hangover
but if you're working nights to see less people and spend more time on your own things it's very beneficial, nobody distracts you and it allows to learn things in much intense pace. very good to concentrate on intellectual stuff, then come switch back to day life and be a killer at your thing

Watch some TV.
