What are you talking about? Stellar has held up wonderfully compared to other cryptos during this bear market. XRP actually almost re-touched its pre-Dec bull run price of $0.25, and XLM hasn't come anywhere close to it's pre-run price of around $0.04.

XLM is down about 76% from ATH, compared to around 86%-90% for most other cryptos. It's going to have a massive pump next bull run.
