The MARKET determines whether or not a crisis is good for crypto, Mr. Szabo.
Right now the market is making it clear that it believes most crypto is a speculative asset, not a hedge against volatility.

Its been one day and you came to this conclusion already? Quite the critical thinker aren’t you bud.

It's manipulation to herd the masses away from crypto after a devastating day in the stocks.

After the December peak, crypto has pulled back hard on any and all shivers that go through the market. If it was the safe haven you'd like, it simply wouldn't do that. My opinion or capacity for 'critical thinking' is irrelevant, as is yours -- your arguing with the market, which is a guaranteed way to lose the debate.
Compare it to gold since December, and do the same for localized, weeklong pullbacks.
The market does not view crypto as anything more than a highly speculative asset, full stop.

Economic problems are the opposite of good for crypto.

Would you rather sell your car or your bitcoin? Only a fuck up would sell their car if given the choice.

It would be one thing if you could spend bitcoin on rent or food, but you fucking can't spend it on anything but drugs. All you can do is sell it, when times get tough.

Inflation is the only macroeconomic problem bitcoin can solve and inflation is no worse than in 08. It doesn't build homes, grow food, turn the lights on. It's slow, impractical and expensive. And by design it literally burns more energy than it creates.

Obama injected $10,000,000,000,000 into the economy and we better have something to show for it if this is the end of the line.

Not sure about, if a crisis would be good for bitcoin but I'm not falling for the fud either.
We won't see Bitcoin at 3k, 4k or 5k because every Bob and his grandma would buy in and that's not going to happen.

reddit tier faggots who believe an ETF is the only way BTC can go up have ruined crypto

The whole point of BTC is to destroy the state entirely and we're still right on track

A crisis would only be good for bitcoin if banks and states introduce hard capital controls, else, kiss your internet monies good bye
