Most new condos in particular tend to not be much cheaper than actual houses, except you pay "condo fees" and the builders get to make bank cause they're able to cram more housing onto small amounts of land. They're popping up more and more around my area, and I have no idea who the fuck actually keeps buying them to keep the builders building more. Boomers? Lazy millenials?
