How long did you have to work for your employer before you got paid vacation? I like my employer and I get great health benefits, but they make you work there for one year (officially 2000 hours labor) before you get paid vacation.

3 years for 120 hours which is the max

1 year here to. It starts off at 7 days vacation per year and goes up 1 day each year you're there to 30 I think. Very generous. Women also get 6 weeks paid paternity leave. Feels good working for a technology company.
