Guys, I have a problem with my navel. Not sure if this is normal. Earlier today I was like just putting a finger in there and I never really explored my navel button. It really, really hurt. Like I was touching a thousand nerve endings at the same time. But the problem is, I am now constantly aware I have a navel button and can't stop touching it, even though it hurts. How do I remove it? How much would it cost to remove it and would basic insurance cover it?
