Hasn't anyone ever asked why the best thing to come from smart contracts is crypto-kitties??

90% sure it is Quarkchain. He left several breadcrumbs in his spiel that let you figure it out. They have the right market cap, mainnet release Q4 (so, COULD HAPPEN as soon as oct 1), and their white paper mentions 100k tps and compares themselves to visa, just like the spiel does. Only thing amiss is the Uber reference which I did not see in their wp (search doesn't work since it's an image scan).

He mentions another one with mainnet december 1 with a dev who lead two projects for microsoft, which I'm not sure about though.
