Absolutely unprofessional. I can’t believe the president of the United States addessed a reporter as “Mr. Kurd”. Trump is done, no way he gets re-elected.

I'm so ashamed of my own people.

I know you're telling the truth about your ethnicity because you typed your area code as if it fucking mattered. You guys can never get rid of your south side cholo bullshit. The only reason you're even allowed to vote is because of Democrats protecting people like you. Also, if you were born in the US, you're not Mexican at all, not by nationality, nor by race as Mexican isn't a race. You're probably some idiot Mestizo con el nopal en la frente.

Fuck, you're an embarrassment.

>high interest rate leads to the federal government not being able to pay its debts, eventually to sovereign default

the majority of transaction in the delevoped world are done on a debit/credit card, using money that is created out of thin air. is that tangible?
the same process is being adopted by some crypto companies. the lay person doesn't concern themselves with the intricacies of the system, as long as they can pay & get paid in it, it doesn't matter.
i agreed, that gold and silver are the best options. but we invented paper money as it was easier to carry around than gold coins. but with our technological capabilities today, creating instruments that are easy to use (debit cards) combined with the other components of sound money (limited supply, easily divisible, etc), we can free the world from (((debt))) slavery. which, I believe is the ultimate goal of any decent crypto

There's a difference between money and currency. Gold is both as it is money but also can be a currency as needed.

Doesn't matter what the technical capabilities are whether it's paper dollars or instant transactions on a debit card, there still needs to be a basis for money.

Your problem is you don't understand what the primary function of money is... which is to MEASURE VALUE of goods exchanged for it.

You have to understand. The literal reason people are throwing their money into crypto is because you can't "make it" otherwise because the dollar is dying.... unironically because it isn't backed by gold.

Those invented paper dollars to make it easier to transact represented gold.

The ISSUE that is the problem with everything is prices are rising! That's literally the issue. In 1958 you could "make it" driving a bus full of retards to grade school with the wife at home and 4 kids. Why? Because under a gold standard prices are CHEAP.

I don't know where you think bitcoin is going to make prices cheap. The issue is debt... I don't know how you think bitcoin is going to solve the debt problem

i do understand, debt is a problem becuase currency can be created out of thin air, rather than as a result of work. gold is valuable not just because it is durable, divisible, malleable, but becuase it takes effort to mine, refine, and smelt. i understand anon.

but, another key attribute is that it's finite. which is why, as a measure of value, it's extremely stable. it can't be printed, therefore no inflation, so the goods value measured in it, change only as the volume of gold changes.

which is where debt comes from. the very fact that inflation is possible, means that interest is inevitable. paying back 102.25% of your loan wouldn't be possible if there only remained a fixed amount, e.g 100%

i'm not saying it's BTC itself, but the idea that money needs to be finite (just like gold), easily divisible (just like gold), etc etc, need to be baked into the very core of whichever digital money is going to last. and so far, bitcoin seems to be the only one that has >1 of gold properties

of course it's not a store of value, that's becuase of pump and dumps, and the market action as a whole. but as more people (hopefully) use the tech, prices become more stable, and the price will settle around its "true" value.

ofc there are problem's with cryto at the moment, but as the technology develops, i think we're gong in the right direction

Trump's tariffs should actually slow inflation with increased prices of goods. This will extend the boom times.

It all crashes in the end though. We already see corporate earnings just about peaking and government debt is crazy high. Corporate and personal debt isn't good either.
