Fidelity fucked up for me before, I had to call them and they fixed my account (zero balance). One of the reasons I switched schwab

Schwab has 24/7 support, Fidelity does not. Fidelity employs representatives who are uninformed. Fidelity also will shutdown your account and leave you in the dark.

thanks guys, I was worried that when i logged in in Korea someone had gotten my account and fucked it. Good to see it's just fidelity being dumb.

any other reasons to switch to Schwab, and more importantly is is easy to roll over IRA accounts to them? I've got two separate IRA accounts right now and I'd like to consolidate them
