depends on the office job
i used to be in construction until i went back to school and now im a software developer
its a desk job, bosses and hr are normals but the people i work with are pretty decent
most of them are weebs, a few of them read manga on their phones during coffee and lunch breaks
one guy even showed me some manga pages on his smart watch
i enjoy the office more than i did construction, i prefer being mentally drained than physically drained

I dropped out of college when i was 23 and started in construction. Im 25 now.

Pros:
>You become more handy
>More testosterone
>You get mental clarity from moving your body all day
>It's healthy to move your body (obviously)
>Stronger
>Pay is great (85k/y in my firm)
>become more tough mentally, because i work with agressive high-test retards

Cons:
>Work outside all year, kinda sucks
>Tired (i really don't get tired, i lift weights 6 days a week anyways)
>Some guys are retards/countryguys that are very narrow minded

I also rack in another 15k/y from bartending in a fancy club. get to hook up with girls and drink on the job, something to consider - if you have the social skills

I'm in IT and work 2 hours a day. Usually, browse /biz and watch youtube for the remainder. Some times, I'll stream games or trade crypto. It's been like this in 15 years.

Drawback is sometimes shit happens and I gotta save the day - but that only happens on occasion. I constantly get high marks during cuck reviews. Bonus and raise often.
