>>School tomorrow then work at the bank
>>Have to work at the bank for 2 more years so i can get my Computer Engineering Degree and get taxed up the ass in this marxist state.
>>maybe if I'm lucky I can invest 2% of my income in exciting things like (((government bonds))) and ((((((penny stocks))))))
>>Get to help a bunch of dying baby boomers open up SAVINGS ACCOUNTS with an APY of 0.01%

Everything is stale or regulated to shit, how the FUCK does anyone even create wealth. Don't tell me to make some faggot app startup I sell buisness credit cards also and help make single moms get their EDD money every day. It's depressing lads I dread what will happen if we don't have a republican president and we go back to taxing the rich until they leave and the jobs dry up.

Rich boomers took necessary steps to preserve their wealth. Some politicians tried to hinder it but no matter what they do people on the bottom will be the ones taking the hit. The reason why startups are the easiest way to make it because boomers with money see younger people online. The problem is that they don't use internet the same way we do. They see customers moving online but they lack expertise and understanding of interwebz. That's why you see dumb startups raising a lot of money from boomer investors.

You're in good company. Literal Marxists like Slavoj Zizek predict that the liberal welfare state is unsustainable and unworkable in the 21st century. We're probably entering in a new time of hell where we'll have to compete with Chinese and Indians working for pennies for 14 hours a day, and the only way the west can compete is to lower taxes and undo the last 100 years of labor laws and environmentalism. I expect that by that time, you, I, and everyone else will be doing quite well in this new and liberated Capitalism. Good luck friend. Better times are coming.

It's not "muh regulations" that are stifling the banking industry. It's partially competition, and partially because all the money is in actual technology now. You know, the shit that makes our lives better? You think companies like Google need bank loans anymore? Fuck that shit.
