The stress test was important for BCH but it doesn't have anything to do with the fact that bigger blocks have real problems. Nodes become centralized when only institutions can afford to run nodes the size of which the BCH blockchain will begin to demand in coming years. You CANNOT scale to a global system by increasing the block size. It's just a band aid solution.
