There will always be a place for Binance regardless and likewise with Liquid. If you wanna go the decentralised route and try and avoid paying taxes etc obviously choose Binance. But legit investors that will demand insurance on their investments will choose a fully regulated exchange and Liquid might be the biggest if the actual exchange has a great UI.

You realise Binance will have to partner with a bank in each jurisdiction to offer different fiats right?
