Yea it really is fucking insane isn't it? You go all this school and applying to different jobs basically begging to be allowed to do something you absolutely hate doing just because you need the money. Then eventually you get old and sick and then you die. Man, if this is all that life has to offer why even fucking bother? Why am I even doing this like wtf?

I know the feel anon, but at least be glad you have a cubicle for now, and you haven't been forced into the open plan office meme. I miss my cubicle dearly.

In the meantime, the only advice I can offer is to reduce your cost of living as much as possible, get a high yield savings account (Amex personal savings is nice), and start a dividend growth portfolio. You'll want to start putting some money in each month to dividend paying stocks that have a good yield (3-4%), and you'll start building a passive income from this. It's super slow at first, but use a dividend re-investment program and don't take out the dividend payments unless you need them. This will compound over time and you can likely retire much earlier. Check out a youtube channel called "ppcian" where an autist talks about all of this.

Also I'd be careful with investing too much right now, as the market might crash soon, but it could take a year or two. I've only invested a couple of thousand recently.
