I was at a conference hosted by Vitalik last week and Sergey attended, he was still wearing his same shirt and the smell was really strong... I overheard him asking vitalik 'huh? what's a node?'. Vitalik kept asking him to go away but Sergey just kept asking questions like 'I don't really understand, can you explain what a blockchain is?'. Vitalik had to call security to remove him from the premises. It was really embarrassing...

You seriously don't understand what a node is? Validation has absolutely nothing to do with nodes, but you could have a node that takes the task as a validator if programmed to do so.


Seriously why can't people fucking understand this simple shit. The word node has been centuries around before crypto ffs.
