Hello, /biz/, first time here, need some advice.

I am a retard and overdrafted my account with my credit union by about $1,000, and I've paid about $300 back but I'm out of time.

I have an MTH RailKing Ready-to-Run O-gauge train set that I've been keeping as a financial ace in the hole-- each engine alone (there are two) is worth a few hundred dollars, plus all the cars, track and extra shit that comes with it.

I was also recently given a Razer 12.5" Blade laptop and an external GPU core by a friend who built himself a new rig. My friend and I were/are very excited for me to finally have a half-decent gaming rig because I've been slumming it on regular laptops up 'til now.

I need to pay off the debt basically ASAP. The trains will cover most of it, if not all, but only barely if they do. The laptop and core on the other hand will more than cover it. I would feel bad selling it, as it's a gift and a very recent one at that, but it would not only cover my debt but also provide me a few hundred additional bucks of security so I can get back on my feet rent-wise and get a gotdamb job.

I'm selling the trains for sure, I'm just wondering if I oughta also ditch the laptop. The laptop came with an external GPU that's apparently going for $400 used so I think I found my solution.
