I'd split it like that, note that I'm literally a 20yo zoomer who doesn't know shit about finance and wealth management yet.
>400k house
>200k meme shit like a car and other stuff
>200-300k in cash or some sort of quick liquidation investment as a buffer
>rest in diversified boomer portfolio for dividends and safe gains

That would bring in 80k-160k of passive income a year when you apply 5-10% gains. Is this enough and safe enough to support a family?
