Btw, don't give up if you really have lost everything. Learn from these mistakes.
Start buying bitcoin and store at least half of it to never touch. Start fresh and diversify into smaller cap alts as well as a few higher cap alts. If we are at the bottom you have plenty of room to recoup.
I got into crypto and lost it all on a BTC gambling site in 2012. I lost about 30BTC. Gave up and never touched crypto again until late 2016. As of now I am back upto roughly 50K. Point is, don't day trade. Buy and hold for the long run and don't give up because if crypto takes off even in a few years you will kick the fuck out of yourself.

As for a quick moonshot in case you disregard anything I say. Buy HOT and wait a few months to speed up the recovery process.
