The logic is that it will allow normies and risk adverse people to invest in Bitcoin without the risk of actually having to hold the coin itself. This will make the process for those wanting to invest in Bitcoin much simpler. Boomers will easily be able to diversify portions of their protfolio into Bitcoin ETFs without having to know what a Bitcoin wallet is, or even what a fucking sha256 hash is, or go through some sketchy fucking exchange like Coinbase with a bunch of retarded verification proccesses and buy/sell limits. The ETF market is huge and grew by over a trillion dollars last year alone. If Bitcoin ETFs become a thing we will likely unironically see Bitcoin soar to $100k+
