They'd totally be pamping it if insiders knew it was going through. Only an idiot would crush the market, accumulate BTC, wait a week into it going live, buy tock bottom alts and swing trade them back into a larger share of BTC. That's never happened before.

I am talking about how the SEC has the power to delay the decision up to three time and there is no need for them to not take it slowly when it comes to something this important and controversial.
Also, it looks like they have also taken a lot of time (which is only possible by delaying the decision multiple times) when they first had to decide about the Winklevoss ETF.

In a few days we'll have reached the deadline and will find out what they do about it. Highest chance outcome right now probably: Delay.

What are you trying to say? I made my post hinting at the general assumption that the only reason we were having this recovery (which has retraced more than 50% already) was the ETF expectations. If you take those away (at least for the near future) the market will have as many reasons to moon as 2 months ago when it was tanking.
