I've lost all motivation, all desire for anything. I haven't fapped for over 2 weeks, I stare at charts all day waiting for something to happen. I'm a mess. Crypto has ruined me physically, mentally and financially. I don't even have the ability to feel sadness or despair anymore, just nothingness. It's been 8 months since I entered this market, so many people have accomplished so much, but here I am, hopeless, waiting for something to happen. Anyone else?

learn to margin trade on bitmex and short/long depending on what markets doing, it's just as exciting as when we were in the heart of the bull market, can still make tons of profit.

or, barring that, just find something else productive to focus on. Teach yourself to program or start up a blog site, start selling on ebay, etc. lots of productive non-crypto things to do.

Hey OP don't worry. Short-term market movements are a regret machine. No matter what decision you make, you'll feel regret - that you could have sold higher, or bought lower. It's all the shitty parts of the human condition, concentrated.

I'd say there are two good options left. One, you sell it all (especially if you need the money) and don't look back. Write down what crypto has done to you so even if it moons sometime later, you'll be secure knowing you made the right decision for the right reasons. There are other ways to make money. Crypto isn't your only shot.

Second option is just let it ride and stop watching the markets. Don't buy anymore, don't sell anymore, just forget about it and hope it does well over a multi-year timeframe.

Either way you need to just step away from the mental health thresher of random market movements. It's a cost people ignore, and it's a cost that is very high.
