Tolerance builds up quickly, this stuff is expensive, if you move on to higher dosages your productivity is trashed and there may be significant constipation and nausea problems

Yeah my friends did this for a few month and had to do a laborious, fragile taper to get past the addiction. For one, the withdrawal symptoms were primarily mood related, feeling really depressed and irritable (hate everyone around you and ruminate about it in your head). The other, using a larger dose than the first, complained about those same symptoms with the addition of 'cold tingly or numbing sensations in his bones' and flu-like symptoms as well. I'm not sure if he is totally off now - it was around january when they initially started to question their usage and consider weaning off of it.

I've been taking about 5 grams consistently for several months and I still get noticeable effects. Sure, not as potent as day 1 but still enough to make a difference.

I admit I do feel rather shitty on days where I skip it. Though those shit feelings went away after about a week of not taking kratom.

I have a microscale and I measure how much I take specifically so that I don't overdo it. It does take some level of restraint however. It's very easy to just keep taking more tablespoons. Invest in a microscale if you haven't already and force yourself to limit your intake to only X grams of kratom per day.

I used kratom to get a buzz but found marijuana buzz is better and it's effects are cleaner and healthier
kratom is dirty and will mess up your system with heavy use
I had my blood checked after a week of kratom use and they found irregularities in my liver but I was taking 20+ grams a day so which you'll all eventually do because tolerance grows so fast

I did up until a month ago when my lymphnodes started mysteriously swelling.

I think I might have gotten some tainted with salmonella - either that or I had mono.
Either way, I got really ill.

Doctors couldn't figure out what was wrong, they suspected cancer or some type of STD.

I'm now feeling better and don't have any symptoms.
I'm leaning towards mono but either way, I stopped taking kratom.

I took kratom and took a walk around the block. My vision started spinning in the parking lot of a cvs and I had to hold on to a rail to stand. Puked everywhere and freaked a group of people out. Was able to convince them to not call an ambulance.
