probably is responsible for Bitcoin taking off like it did. his site was too successful and it got to his head which lead to his downfall. got lazy with encryption and thought he was now a drug kingpin who could order hitmen, had too much trust in tor. was doing media interviews gloating. should have just exit scammed or actually sell his site like he told everyone he did and then just delete everything from his laptop.

Probably guilty but under bs circumstances and should be freed. The government infiltrates his operations (which only exist because of retarded prohibition), fuck around and piss him off, so he hires a hitman to kill the annoying guy who is also a gov agent. Nobody was harmed and this drama is completely the result of the government ie prohibition and the hitman/"victim" (also a gov operative).

Is this right I haven't read about this in a few years

Yup, a lot of that shit was made up. Research the trail. They brought it up to destroy his character but then didn't charge him as it actually didn't happen and they had no evidence.

>> No.10498276

He thought all government agencies were full of idiots and he is right for the most part, exept when they get their best to bring down the most successful tor site.
He left too much evidence, He tried to recruit developers and get advice on a forum using a username linked to his email account which had his actual name...
I mean...
also went around carrying a laptop full of incriminating information.
He was lazy from the beginning and never bothered to plan, his whole premise was “the government is too inept to catch me”

Life without parole is harsh for what he did and he was set up and denied a fair trial, the government set him up with 5 accusations of murder which were all absolute bullshit and somehow managed to have the evidence in one of these cases filed as evidence on his case.
The fuck?

Anyways Supreme Court already told him to fuck off so he is going to die in jail senpai.
Personally? He was successful at something for the first time ever and it got to his head, life without parole is a harsh sentence.

This debt made this allot worse but I have to be greatful. When the detectives showed up with the bum as a surprise witness my attorney told me to get ready for trial and that if my case proceeded to superior court I had to come up with $100,000 minimum since I was facing double LIFE sentences. Just few days after that conversation the DA dropped all the charges. It felt like winning the lottery when I received the news through a phone call. part 1

The sad part is allot of cases like this exist what makes it worse is lack of funding for public defenders. My case would've easily taken 2-3 years if I didn't have a private attorney. The first time I saw the judge the public defender was trying to convince me to take a deal since I was facing 2 life sentences. I was like wait a minute but I have nothing to do with this she replied "well your going to be fighting this for a while " I was screaming inside never shed a tear but watered up when my family cried in court. My security level was 8, the highest is 9, and because of this I had to assimilate quickly. No smiling, couldn't talk to other races, stabbings are frequent you HAVE TO BE PARANOID, rations of toilet paper, showering near other men. It's allot getting used to but you cannot be weak or act the part.

>> No.10501997

part 2

I encountered a stabbing the first month. The guy was talking amongst his peers and his anectode was in regards to a sexual encounter he had with a 14 year old. Minutes later his own friends slashed his neck . Deputies carried him out and I asked my bunkie what the outcome was days later. He told me not to ask those questions. Lesson learned

Rule #1 never mention children in a manner that could be taken out of context . Guys would refrain from talking about their own. Mind you I was not surrounded by small time criminals. I was the only guy without tattoos or a shaved head. It worked in my favor since no one would believe the charges I was facing other inmates thought I was a physcopath in denial. Most people that spend a day or two in jail don't have a clue what life is like with other inmates that have LWOP charges or are fighting a death penalty case. Your life has to change in order to survive you have no choice. inmates are separated into groups depending on security level, most guys in my dorm we're facing 10-15 years minimum. The higher security level was mostly older inmates facing longer sentences with an atmosphere like no others. No laughing talking loud walking by other races. It was extreme jail politics.

>> No.10502016

The guys serving time for a DUI or low level offenders , they have it ALLOT EASIER. less politics would give you more freedom. But high power that's a different story. Just walking by gives you the chills. That's how it was for me the first time. The other disturbing part was having to sleep with the lights in your face and having to see other inmates asleep. Allot of them would have their eyes partially open while asleep and I dont know how to describe it other than it made me very uncomfortable. I would resort to a pair of socks and sleeping face up but it's very hard to adapt.

It's pathetic

The system needs immediate change. It's a numbers game to law enforcement. They have metrics to meet just like sales and it goes above their jurisdiction. Change needs to come from the very top. Can't agree that's going to happen with so much coverage from biased media. Trump is not the one to go after it's the system that needs an overhaul. Civil war seems more like a reality thanks to heated rhetoric from CNN etc, im 30 years old and can't fathom the idea of having my son or daughter grow up in a country surrounded by so much negativity. This does not happen in other parts of the world right now the US is a hot potatoe and it's simply not for everyone that is the reality. A developed nation has its downfalls and nothing is perfect but my circumstances are unique therefore I don't expect anyone to agree. one thing is certain, the justice system is broken and allot of it goes unoticed because it affects those who don't have a voice. I saw too many kids crying at the visiting rooms to not have some type of compassion. I understand everyone deserves to be punished but just like with Ross the punishment doesn't fit the crime.

Jeff sessions is stubborn, I believe getting Donald Trump to review the case would be key. We all know the Don and I have a hunch he would be surprised this kid is doing life.

What was the point of surrendering his BTC to the Feds? Life in prison? I'd choose the death penalty.

They definitely made an example out of this guy. His crimes don't appear to be serious, but to the elite, people like him are an extreme liability. They don't like disobedient people unless it's one of their own.
