there's a critical bug in EOS currently so the BPs shut down smart contract deployment 2 days ago. literally no one even noticed because the network is already dead. having 20 dapps is great but no one is even using them. all EOS is now is speculation on the EOS token, speculation on RAM prices, and speculation on airdrops. no one gives a shit about the network.
