is bitcoin still a thing?

>> No.10415659

BTC? No. They don't know if they want to be a currency(LN) or a "store of value". They even want to change the whitepaper. Outlook is grim

No, and I feel bad for you so I'll pay you $10 for every bitcoin you want rid of

I don't think you get it.

The reason for "store of value" first, is that this is a fundamental property that has to be mantained.
Going with a centralized solution to scaling (which simply doesn't scale to visa levels) means that we are at risk (even if it's small) of losing the store of value.
Without store of value (as in, BTC is secure), there can be no currency.
Currency has to be built on top of a store of value.

You're pretty retarded btw

LN is a 2nd layer that can work on any btc clone...
It is working right now on litecoin and bitcoin, and eventually you'll be able to do atomic swaps using LN.

Invicta is usually the first watch that people buy and then they realize how shit it is after they learn a little about watches.

IMO the best watches under $1000 are all made by Seiko. Especially the ones imported from Japan (SARB or SARX models). For some reason the ones they make for the Japanese domestic market are of much higher quality than the ones they sell in the US.
