Holo has a problem with accessibility. You can't buy it from any of the big exchanges right now and IDEX is intimidating for normies. No moon mission until it's on one of the big exchanges, but that might be a problem.
We are a few months away from launching the platform. Once that happens, the token stops being ERC20. In order for the exchanges to list it, they will need technical support from the team.
If any of the big exchanges are planning to list it, most likely it will be after the launch. There's no point in listing the ERC20 now when in 2-3 months it becomes irrelevant. This is either great news or bad news, depending on how you look at it. It's great news if you plan to accumulate, but it's bad news if you were hoping for a quick buck.
