So what do you mean by "easy"?
Physically easy, like a desk job?
Mentally easy, like a warehouse job?
Low stress, like a government job or something?

Qualify your terms, man.

low stress would be ideal, but I just wanted some opinions on some laid back jobs that are out there, I literally don't have any idea of what kind of work is out there that is worth striving for

I'd apply at Costco. My sis works there, it's very chill if you can get in.

Things are getting more optimized and these slack jobs are getting driven out. Maybe get into a non-profit?

I used to do IT in healthcare back in the day and it was very nice, but I got another job in it just last year and wow, such a change in that these days. It's a meat grinder

Look for activities that seem interesting, fun or worthwhile to you. I learned communication design since I've never been a big learner anf more of a Visual-practical learning type. I don't work in that area though because shrooms made me realize that I don't want to do the corporate grind doing 12 hours a day in an advertisement agency. After I finished my graduation I climbed up the ladder at a place where I was working at that time, I was lucky one can say, now I'm head of graphics department for a big model railway exhibition and I kinda enjoy wagecuckery.
I expect the picture to be flipped but you get the idea

Actually, maybe you could get into some manual labor around a hospital. Not an emergency nurse or anything, more like janitorial, a hospital porter job, something like that.

Or you could get into elevator/escalator repair.

Or locksmithing.

Or funeral home stuff if you can stand it.
