it wont ever die completely. it just underwent a major correction due to the tether pump shit. the truth is bitcoins value isn't 20k. it has real world uses but at present a dollar replacement doesn't seem to be one of those uses.

it's more like a western union than anything really. so it will always have value just not what everyone claims.

that was before the scaling problem though. now it's known that btc cannot scale without a 2nd layer network. if LN succeeds then yes. bitcoin could become pretty big. It's all about speed speed speed. it's gonna be used as money it's gotta be fast.
