Not buying bitcoin when it was a meme on /b/ and worth pennies. Also I lost two BTC in some scam sportsbook back when it was worth 30 or so.

More recently, any of a number of shitcoins I've lost money on. Take your pick. PBL is probably the worst though.

Non-crypto, getting married. That one sucked.

Not looking into bitcoin, or crypto in general, earlier. Sounded scammy before I actually read the whitepaper(I was surprised there actually was a whitepaper in the first place lol). Easily the biggest regret. Nothing else comes even close. Been feeling like kys myself ever since I realized the mistake I've made.

Gambling away millions worth of btc in 2010. Had no idea what Bitcoin even was, just that I could use it to play online poker. Sad thing is if I spent 10 minutes reading about the tech, I would have instantly known how big it would be. Didn't actually read about it until early 2017 lol.

I still have a screenshot of a straight flush where I won 88 btc lol...

Inviting a female roommate to live in the apartment. Four tenants in the apartment, every roommate before her (8 of them, to be precise) paid rent on time. First and only female roommate, 8 months in and she cannot pay rent on time. Missed two months rent and had to take out of her safety deposit to cover two others. She finally moved out two months ago and we got another guy who is doing just fine.

She only owes me about $1000 so not a very expensive regret, but a lesson I've taken to heart.

Nothing I could control since I was too young but I got a big one
>Starting a new business at the begging of 2008
>Partnering with with a fuckwit family who had lied about their business experience and the wife (who had 3 kids) kept trying to hook up with my Dad despite literally no interest on his part
>Not getting a better lawyer when your mortgage broker suddenly stops accepting mortgage payments after 20 years
>Getting forced out of a house that at one point in time was worth over $1 million and last sold for over $600,000

20 years earlier my parents had stock as part of a big trade out with a large firm who's tech would go on to be bought by another company and subsequently used by almost everyone in the world. CEO came in one day to a meeting of the shareholders and told everyone not to sell, that the stock would split. He sold his entire stake that afternoon and it crashed the next day. On paper my parents lost about $250k in 1990s dollars. As for myself I regret not buying into bitcoin when it was $4 or $5, but that was because some BS US federal laws were changing and I suddenly got locked out of my paypal account, didn't lose any money but couldn't transfer.
