Is there a way set an alert to wake me up when the price of an altcoin hits a certain amount?

You can't set a stop if you already have another sell order (to take profit).

I need something that would wake me up if I'm sleeping.

Blockfolio has alerts, just make sure to set the exchange to the one you want. There is however a delay of about 5 minutes, so it won't be fast enough to alert you to a bart-in-progress, more like allowing you to survey your freshly lost gains.

Better option would be to rig up a Raspberry pi or something hooked up to the binance API, then use an industrial actuator to dump a bucket of ice water on you from face to crotch. This practice may lead to neurosis after a while though.

I use Delta but there's still a delay. On Android you can set a custom notification sound. Mine is set to the metal gear solid alert sound, and it always gets my attention.
