I took a loss and am ready to get back into crypto. I want to put in around $5k. I was wondering if i should buy mining equipment or buy back into my old portfolio or just buy btc or eth or neo.

I'm living in a place with solar panels so no electricity bill plus i would be willing to up it to 6k or $7500 if the equipment was that much better at a certain price point.

Please help i figure if i buy back now I'm actually ahead.
