I'd like some advice guys.
Basically, Paypal permanently limited my account because I violated the Terms of Use - and that's my guess, most probably correct, since they didn't mention anything aside terminating the contractual relationship because of the high risk my account constitutes.

Long story short, I was scammed, but at the beginning of the transaction the guy pleaded me if I'd help him since he didn't understand anything about the Paypal UI, and he wasn't very practical with PCs. So I accessed his account and sent an email to the support - the money I sent him was blocked for 21 days as it was his first transaction.
After some other time he just closed all communications and blocked me on WA, so I started a claim, got my money back, but ended up being banned myself.

I tried calling Paypal, but the operator said she couldn't do anything more than write a note on the case, and couldn't pass me to a higher up or a representative of the related department - I'm not in the US, so I can't call the Brand Risk Department directly.
I sent two copies of the same mail asking if they would please reconsider the case, but I haven't got even an answer, and I was thinking about sending an handwritten letter to, I don't know, the HQ?
Now, I know that I'm the one who's wrong, but I really need Paypal, as it's the main payment processor I use. I read about some guys being able to lift the permanent limitation by asking or being persistent.
Do you guys have any advice on the case?

Setting up a new acc is a no no

You're just going to piss them off n be completely banned.

Not sure what country you're in or how it works there.

In the US. start an LLC. Open a new account under the LLC. Done. Totally legal. Doesn't violate their terms.

True, if you come back as a biz they shouldn't mind.

There is a huge exploitable (read profitable) advantage to being limited on paypal. I can't discuss it publicly though.

In all my experience with paypal... youre better off counting that as a lost. I still have funds holding off for the past 4 years and i still cant access them. Fuck it make a new account
