All coinmetro has to do is deliver a trustworthy exchange with decent usability and 1 to 10% marketshare is easily doable. That's millions of (real) volume, at a party that is focused on being regulation friendly. ALL fees will be in XCM.
Kevin haa already proven he can build and run a profitable exchange. Unless he dies in a planecrash or something, this will be succesful.
