I hate wageslaving so bad. How the fuck did they come up with this system where people have to work 8 hours per day to foresee in their basic necessities. Who is responsible? Why don't they have universal basic income and let people who want to work earn more?

>> No.9477578

Somebody has to make my Big Mac anon. Now go get ready for your shift

Somebody has to create value, you retard. You can't keep consuming like a degenerate if nobody's working.
Basic income might become a thing in the future when automation has progressed.

Self sustainability is even more time-intensive than being a regular farmer, since you got no income you basically have to do everything.

Haha how fucking retarded can you be? Do you know how shit life would be if each person/family had to farm by themselves in order to eat. If you really think your life would be the same or better if we moved away from a market based system where firms mass produce to some faggy everyone grows their own foods system you are a fucking moron.

Why do you think you are entitled to basic income, we are not at the level of automation yet where you can justify this. If they had the option now of universal basic income more than half the population would stop working immediately, think about how much less services goods would be produced you dope.

Nope, farmers back in the day worked their asses in the fields form march to october, and in the winter they repaired their farm, fixed their tools, chopped wood for heating and tended to animals. FFS my whole family did that for centuries, my great-grandpa was still an old-school farmer and told us this.

847. Universal basic income schemes. Whatever positive short-term benefits these might offer, none of it can ultimately work, because the reality at the bottom of the problem is that the people these schemes are designed to help no longer have anything to contribute to civilization (otherwise they wouldn't need the schemes). Therefore, the only way these people can survive is by handouts of some sort. You can try to change the schemes and their names, or how you present them, but you can't change the reality of what is happening, and, sooner or later, society (or rather, a handful of cybernetic techno-Overmen with the power of life and death over the species) will have to face those down, and solve them once and for all.

8 hour a day was a result of industrial revolution, people used to work much more. then henry ford implemented 8 hour a day for his workers, which resulted in better productivity and other employers started to copy him.

historically humans have worked less than 8 hours a day, since 1800 only have man worked this much. in europe netherlands and norway work only 4 days a week now.
