i posted something similar last night but fell asleep because i'm a faggot so i missed being able to discuss it more in depth.

i chose georgia because it's my home state and where almost all of my family and friends are, not because i give a shit about living in the south which otherwise sucks ass. athens georgia is cool as shit though and i've been all over the country. it's one of the best towns period. elite music scene (which is what i plan on doing), hot young women everywhere, lots of good food, everyone is seems happy as fuck here desu. plus most importantly if you fuck off 15 minutes in any direction you're basically in the countryside and can buy 10 acres and live like a boss.

I'd say your house is paid off and you don't have any major expenses, you need probably 50k a year passive income to do this. This is exactly my goal. 50k per year means about 75k before income taxes/taxes paid on dividends. A safe withdrawal rate for someone young is 3% per year. This means you need 2.5 mil in dividend paying stocks. This means, in order to successfully cash out 2.5 mil after taxes, you need to cash out about 4 mil in crypto before taxes to make it.

Once someone told me to aim for the highest you can so that in case you failed, at least you tried anyway. 12 million is good but considering this market is crazy, you could aim for twice as much independent of odds.
For example, my mind goal is 5-10 millions but I'm aiming for 50+ millions even though the odds are low. Someone also told me money is never enough even if you are frugal.
