They've been talking about wallet changes that will fix compatibility issues with exchanges. My guess is at least 1-2 of the new listings will be big.
And yeah it should push the price past $30 easily, there's a lot of hype behind the testnet release and btc will start recovering next week (after it dips another few hundred bucks) so we'll see more money being pumped into alts.
