My guess is that they're waiting a bit before marketing partnerships. They don't need marketing right now given how many people have asked for allocations. I think they will pick it up once ICO starts / ICO ends.

Also, they have been going to like every single conference. I believe they're at consensus NY as well // + MIT conference soon

I think they are all still rumors right now but it seems more and more like they have already confirmed partnerships but the team is just waiting for the right time to announce it.

My assumption would be either:

1. ICO takes longer than 1 hour to sell out: they announce it then

2. ICO sells out right away: they announce it before exchange listing to create even more hype

But this is all my personal speculation. Would love some insight from people who follow the project more / maybe have attended a conference and talked to them
