Actually the ICO had a cap of 12k Eth, or about 400m total cap (360 something was the original estimate I believe, based on the bonus structures.)

They created the token with 3b, but it was never the plan to use all 3b as far as I can tell.

Might be worth knowing so you don't go around thinking they only sold 1/30th of what they had intended :)
