Not going to be popular... welding. This will always have demand and pays well.

Also, there is a trucker shortage (produce cost is up 10% because of it) for the next 5 years, but will die off due to autonomy shortly after. The good thing is that most autonomous trucks will need a human driver on standby for a few years so it would be the easiest gig ever for awhile.

Unicorn-grade tax accountant/CPA with a blockchain knowledge (for competitive advantage). Even though you tend to think blockchain may eradicate accountants, we still need them for taxation, deal/company structuring and sound advices around general investments (yes recently accounting-anchored valuations are getting popular over DCF- based company valuation)

>The Moving, Shipping and Storage Industry

You would never guess how lucrative this industry was until you've worked in it. Or owned a business that requires it on an ongoing basis or large commercial scale.

Its a cashcow that will never die out because you'll never be able to automate or outsource it EVER. Plus its recession proof. Residential folks always need to move. Commercial clients always need to have shit moved.

My company charges 495.00$/hr on average to relocate an office floor to another office building. The average 50 employee and under sized office or business usually involves 25+ billable hours to complete. You do the math...
